Get help with syncing, verification, large file transfers, network volumes, and anything else related to Syncophant.
Before you contact us
- Make sure Syncophant and macOS are fully up to date.
- For network volumes, confirm the drive is mounted and writable.
- If a transfer was interrupted, try re-running the sync — partial files resume from the last clean 4MB boundary.
- For verification mismatches, note whether it was a Quick Check or a full SHA-256 verify.
What to include
The fastest way to get help is to include your app version, macOS version, Mac model, the source and destination volume types (e.g. external SSD, Blackmagic Media Dock, network share), what you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead.
